North America has become an increasingly important region for ABS, and our new Minneapolis office marks a key milestone in that journey. The move to a larger facility allows us to better support customers and continue building a strong local presence in the region.

A New Office Designed for Growth and Collaboration
Our new office is built to support both collaboration and efficiency. Expanded work areas for the helpdesk allow faster and more effective responses to technical questions, operational challenges, and day to day inquiries.
Over the past year, we have welcomed four new helpdesk team members, strengthening our ability to provide reliable and timely support. This growth directly translates into improved service levels, including faster response times, better availability, and stronger coverage across U.S. time zones.
Strengthening Customer Success
We are happy that we introduced Kristi Sanders as Vice President of Customer Success last year. Kristi brings deep experience in client support and operational growth. She works directly with our customers, helping laundries optimize processes, increase efficiency, and uncover new opportunities for growth.

This dedicated line ensures faster response times, improved accessibility, and a more personal experience, supported by a locally based team that understands the market and operates within the same time zones as customers.
