Danny joined ABS after discovering a regional opportunity on LinkedIn that matched his international experience and strong language skills, including Japanese which he developed through self study. What started as a regional role quickly evolved when he took on full responsibility for the Japan office. Building on existing foundations while introducing improvements, he shaped a role that required both independence and close collaboration with colleagues across ABS.
As Senior Business Consultant, Danny combines technical understanding with business insight. His work focuses on translating customer requirements into realistic and sustainable solutions, ensuring alignment between expectations, risks, and outcomes. By working closely with development, support, and customers, he helps deliver solutions that are both technically sound and operationally effective.
Over time, Danny has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, including project coordination, system upgrades, business continuity planning, and customer engagement. Based in Japan as the sole regional representative, he also manages local operations and serves as the first point of contact. This combination of roles provides a unique perspective and a strong sense of ownership, shaping how he approaches every challenge and opportunity.

As ABS continues to grow in Asia and Australasia, the role of Business Consultant is becoming increasingly strategic. Danny sees a future where stronger focus on risk management, service continuity, and long term value will shape project delivery. Adapting to increasing complexity while maintaining reliability will remain a key priority.
