ABS Laundry Business Solutions (ABS), a Vitec Software Group company and a global provider of software solutions for the textile rental and laundry industry, has announced the relocation of longtime team member Maksym Piasecki from its Boxtel, Netherlands office to its North American operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The move strengthens regional customer relationships, technical expertise, and service capabilities.
The relocation reflects ABS’s commitment to placing the right people in the right roles and locations to support its customers. Bringing Maksym’s technical expertise and established customer relationships to Minneapolis strengthens the regional team and creates more opportunities for direct collaboration and on site support.
Maksym, Customer Solutions Coordinator at ABS, has supported North American customers for many years. His extensive product knowledge, understanding of customer operations, and dedication to service have made him a trusted resource throughout the region.
The strength of those relationships was particularly evident during the immigration process, when several ABS customers voluntarily submitted letters of recommendation supporting his relocation to the United States.
“One of the things that makes this announcement especially meaningful is the support Maksym received from our customers,” said Kristi Sanders, Vice President Customer Success, ABS. “When customers take the time to advocate for one of our team members, it speaks volumes about the relationships we’ve built and the level of service they have come to expect from ABS. Working in the same time zone as customers and colleagues will support closer day to day coordination, while the Minneapolis location will make more frequent customer visits possible. The move builds on the established expertise of the North American team and further connects it with ABS’s global organization.
Commenting on his relocation, Maksym Piasecki said:
