This functionality supports the logistics workflow for washroom services and dust mats, covering planning, scheduling, delivery and tracking to ensure each step is coordinated efficiently and nothing is overlooked. Product types, delivery frequency and consumption points can be set up easily, and capacity can be adjusted as demand changes, ensuring clear agreements with customers and transparent, predictable pricing.
Daily pick ups and deliveries are registered in one system. Bulk load sheets can be created per route and storage locations and field equipment are supported. The Android Route Assistant App provides real time insight into stock and tasks. Contract management, delivery records and inventory control are combined to give a complete operational overview.


Mat Storage
The storage module supports a clear and organized process for both logo mats and standard mats. Identified mats are assigned to active stock locations, which simplifies route preparation and packing. Standard mats are handled in bulk, while identified mats are scanned when issued and upon return to maintain full visibility of stock movements.
The module manages customer mats with clear specifications and supports bulk processing of standard mats per route. After washing, mats are registered and placed in stock. The system calculates mats per delivery, then they are scanned, stacked and loaded. Optional stickers can be printed for identification. This creates clarity, consistency and efficiency throughout storage and distribution.
Scan Mats to Routes
During packing, mats are scanned to ensure that each mat is assigned to the correct route. This reduces errors and supports a structured workflow. Routes with the highest urgency are prioritized automatically, ensuring that deliveries are prepared on time.
Mats can be handled once directly from the dryers, with direct assignment to multiple routes during packing. Completeness checks and inventory registration per route are supported. This results in an efficient workflow with fewer corrections and greater reliability in daily operations. The outcome is more stable planning, smoother cooperation between departments and consistent delivery performance for customers.
