The Truck Load Assistant will help the person in the dispatch area of the laundry who is responsible for loading the truck with information on how many and for which customers containers need to be loaded.
Content of this training:
o Set up of android Truck Assistant.
o Set up of routes and the requirements of set-up customers on these routes.
o How to use the android in loading trucks
Since the technical set up for communication is normally not the job of an end user this is not part of this training.
After the trainee has watched the videos, the acquired knowledge can be tested by carrying out prepared cases in our training environment. The result will be tested by one of our business consultants and discussed with the trainee.
This training is a must for every laundry that want to optimize their process at the dispatch area and improve the guarantee that the correct containers are loaded on the correct truck.
