With the existing Master Account Module pre-defined contracts can be used. A pre-defined contract can be set-up with contract validations, price settings, pricelists, amendments, and remarks. With the Contract Management Module, these pre-defined contracts are extended with contract types, different owners and Customer and Product Components. With the Contract Management Module, the pricelists within the contract are created automatically when adding products and prices to the contract. When a customer is added to the contract, these products and pricelists can be copied to the customer via an automated process, so no extra manual steps need to be done. During this training we will train the set-up and usage of pre-defined contracts.
