This training is meant to explain the set-up for products and customers used within the hospitality services and how to basically invoice these customers.

o Customer set up (hospitality specific)
o The process:
o Ordering
o Soil count (optional)
o Create packing notes.
o Create delivery notes.
o Invoicing

The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed by and discussed with a business consultant.
