If the customer has added a new wearer or has made a wearer inventory change via the Web portal a work will be created. This training will explain how you can prevent that these work orders are sent to the laundry without a supervisor approval first.
Content of this training:
o Required set-up.
o Approval by supervisor procedure.
After the trainee has watched the videos, the acquired knowledge can be tested by carrying out prepared cases in our training environment. The result will be reviewed by one of our business consultants and discussed with the trainee.
This training is a must for every laundry with customers using bank lockers at different locations and where wearers do move sometimes from one to another location.
