This training is meant to explain the set-up for products, customers, wearers, and routes used within the garment flow and how to basically invoice garments.
Content of this training:
o Route set up.
o Product related set up
o Customer set up (garment specific)
o Wearer set up (including wearer functions)
o Garment supply.
• Basic flow
• The interior and exterior cycle
o Invoicing
The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed by and discussed with a business consultant.
This training is a must for everyone having any responsibility for service level Garment Services.
