During this training we will explain the process of exchange carts:
o Initial delivery is done regularly according to the standard delivery defined for a consumption point.
o The customer picks whatever they need from the cart.
o The cart is returned to the laundry/linen room.
o At the laundry used quantities are added again
o The container is shipped to the customer with a full load, but only the used items are at the new packing note.
Content of this training:
o Required set up.
o Process of packing and printing delivery notes.
Since the technical set up for communication is normally not the job of an end user this is not part of this training. .
After the trainee has watched the videos, the acquired knowledge can be tested by carrying out prepared cases in our training environment. The result will be reviewed by one of our business consultants and discussed with the trainee.
This training is a must for every laundry that want to make their packing department paperless.
