Within this training we explain the functionality how to handle when certain products have a model change at the supplier and for that reason can’t be issued anymore but are replaced by another product. (not usable for residential products). In the dialog “Customer product conversion” you can define for a customer, debtor or master account that a certain product should be replaced by another product starting on a specific date. In this way you are able to easily phase out the current product with another product (phase in).
The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed and discussed.
