The ABSSolute Switchboard consist of 2 parts:
o Customer Switchboard, to switch between certain dialogs, having the same customer selected.
o Wearer Switchboard, to easily search for wearer information across Business Units
Content of this training:
o Required set-up and preparations to start using this functionality.
o Explanation of usage of both options
The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed and discussed.
This training is a must for customer service employees or those who are in frequent contact with customers and to search for information in ABSSolute.
