This training will explain how to prepare and use our option to store calls and/or comments from customers and employees and to check the follow-up for them.

o Required set-up and preparations to start using this functionality.
o Methods to enter the comments.
o How to register follow-up notes
o How contacts can be made visible for customers (using the WEB application
o Methods to monitor outstanding comments.
The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed and discussed.
This training is a must for everyone that is responsible for or has frequent contact with customers.
