About the Role
We’re looking for an Implementation Project Coordinator to design, standardize, and continuously improve how projects are delivered across our U.S. organization, in close partnership with our EU teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, people, and tools. You’ll own project delivery standards, serve as the functional owner of Jira for project execution, and act as a coach and governance partner to our project teams. Your goal is to create clarity, consistency, and visibility.
You won’t be managing projects directly day-to-day. Instead, you’ll enable teams to deliver predictably by giving them the right frameworks, training, and guardrails.
What You’ll Do
Own Project Management Processes & Standards
• Design and maintain a standardized project lifecycle (intake, kickoff, delivery, closeout)
• Define and document workflows, status definitions, templates, and escalation processes
• Align U.S. project practices with EU teams
Jira Ownership & Best Practices
• Serve as the functional owner of Jira for project delivery
• Define workflows, issue types, and reporting standards
• Build dashboards for project health and risk visibility
Team Enablement & Coaching
• Train teams on project processes and Jira best practices
• Act as a coach and resource for delivery questions
Project Oversight & Governance
• Identify risks early and support course correction
• Facilitate escalations when projects are at risk
Cross-Regional Collaboration
• Partner with U.S. and EU stakeholders on planning and alignment
• Serve as a liaison between regions
Communication & Visibility
• Establish consistent reporting standards
• Provide leadership visibility into delivery trends and risks

• 5–8+ years of project management or operations experience
• Proven experience improving project management processes
• Strong Jira expertise
• Experience with cross-functional teams
