Based on customer settings and reason codes different charges for garments will be applicable. To check per customer if the correct set-up or reason codes are used these charges can be checked before invoices will be created. During this training we explain this functionality.

o How to maintain garment charges and possible options to change them.
o Set up and usage reason codes.
o Set up garment charges at customer level (garments only)

The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed by and discussed with a business consultant.

This training is meant for employees who are responsible for contract management and invoicing within a laundry.
