In a multi plant organization it is very common that OR packs are produced in a different plant than that they are delivered from. With the use of deposit locations, it is possible that the plant who delivers can scan the packs to the delivery note.
In this training we explain the steps to follow for this procedure.
Content of this training:
o Specific set up at business unit level
o Procedure to store packs in deposit and ship them to the customer.
o Inquiry of OR packs in deposit
o Scanning packs on the shipment list
o Confirmation of delivery.
The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed by and discussed with a business consultant.
This training is a must for every multi plant laundry where OR packs are produced in a different plant as from which the packs will be delivered.
