This training is meant to explain the set-up for products, customers, rooms, clients, batches used within the residential flow and how to basically invoice customers (or clients).
Content of this training:
o Product related set up
o Customer set up (residential specific)
o Room set up.
o Client set up, including client invoicing category.
o Batch set up
o The process:
o Receiving, including labeling new items
o Build batches.
o Sorting products per client.
o Create client delivery notes.
o Invoicing

• Client
The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed by and discussed with a business consultant.
This training is a must for everyone having any responsibility for service level Residentials.
