In multiple dialogs we have an option called flex fields. This is meant to define values that are not covered within ABSSolute itself but could be useful for interfacing or reporting (including export to BI).
Content of this training:
o Which dialogs have flex fields available.
o What is needed and possible in the use of these flex fields.
The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed and discussed.
This training is interesting for everyone who is responsible for decisions in where customer activities must be processed and where customer activities must be invoiced.
