During this training we will explain how temporary delivery stops can be defined.
Content of this training:
o At what levels we can define a temporary delivery stop.
o What effect does such a stop with the products to be delivered.
The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed and discussed.
This training is meant for managers and customer service employees to inform employees with specific customer agreements instead of using paperwork or the well-known yellow stickers.
