User instructions will be shown in selected Menu options and could be used for generic user instructions or for a customer specific instruction. They are always meant to give directions to the user using the Menu option for which the instruction is defined.

o Required set-up and preparations to start using this functionality.
o Explanation how to use this functionality.
o Set up an instruction.
o Link the instruction to a customer.
o When and how the instruction is shown to the user.
The trainee can practice themselves with prepared cases, the result of this practice will be reviewed and discussed.
This training is interesting for managers and customer service employees to inform employees with specific customer agreements instead of using paper work or the yellow post-it stickers.
