The ABS group and ABS France strengthen their presence on the French market by acquiring the activities of ORDEIP.

As of April 1, 2017, ABS France acquires ORDEIP’s activities, reinforcing its presence in the French market.

The operation concerns the software, activities and contracts in progress, as well as the takeover of all ORDEIP employees.

The offices of ORDEIP near Rouen will continue to operate, in addition to the ABS France head office in Lyon.

ABS France was established in 2015 and has sustained significant growth through winning contracts with several major French laundry organizations. The ABS Group will continue to focus on expanding its services to the wider French market.

The acquisition was carried out at the same time the ABS Group launched its Clover 4 concept, combining the know-how of the groups companies:

  • ABS LBS:               ABSSolute ERP, Business Intelligence reporting, web and mobile solutions
  • Textiligence:        Deployment and integration of UHF RFID laundry solutions
  • Gotli Labs:            In association with the Jensen Group (DK), industrial production management reporting
  • WG-ID:                  In association with Wilgengroep (NL), integration of automation systems and conveying systems.

From the headquarters in Boxtel (NL) ABS Laundry Business Solutions manages its ABSSolute ERP, which operates at more than 600 industrial laundry sites worldwide. Founded in 1987 by Anne de Boer, the ABS group employs more than 130 people and is present in 5 continents. The ABS group inaugurated in January 2017 ABS Japan in Tokyo.

ORDEIP was founded in 1993 in Le Mesnil-Esnard (76) and develops complete computerized textile management solutions, mainly dedicated to inter-hospital laundries. ORDEIP’s PGIO 2016 solution is a great success thanks to the integration of UHF RFID traceability technology.
