You will be the face of the organization and first point of contact, beginning with the sale and extending through full implementation of our software applications.<\/p>\n<p>Your tasks will mainly consist of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management for North America, based in the U.S.A.<\/li>\n<li>Service management to build strong relationships with existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Creating customer visit reports and follow-up to the actions.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly scheduled reporting to project shareholders.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and manage projects using proven tools and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Guidance during installation of software and hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Creating customized user manuals and process descriptions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide application training of new functionality relevant to each installation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage complete life cycle of data migration from legacy systems.<\/li>\n<li>Gap analysis between legacy system and ABS products and services. Communicate with internal resources to find suitable resolutions for each gap identified.<\/li>\n<li>Testing and documenting newly developed software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Requirements<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree or equivalent work experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, with any additional languages being a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to travel throughout North America.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude when dealing with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and innovative thinking with attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication with strong presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team player.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive personality with a desire to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management (e.g. PMP).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing logistical\/ERP applications will be a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">What we have to offer<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>We are offering a full-time position with an attractive salary, annual bonus, company-paid employee health insurance, monthly phone allowance, and the opportunity for professional and personal growth within an international company.
