With the Infinity Soil count option users can easily record soil counts using a touch screen. The screen is very intuitive to use. The difference between v9 and infinity is mainly in the processing of the Service Exception Counts. The regular soil counts will create delivery variations.

Content of the training

o How to select a customer with only the products defined in the product list per customer defined for soil count.

o The use of Exception reasons.

o They are either not delivered (laundry disagrees with exception), delivered free of charge or delivered but charged.

o How to select a product and enter the counted items, if counted multiple times the new counts will be added automatically to the total.

o You can enter 3 options

 Soil

 Abuse

 Service exceptions (formerly known as rejects)

• These are processed based on the exception reason.

• These are, when delivered, always be delivered via a separate delivery note.

o How to enter soil counts at the Route Assistant

o How to enter soil count at the Inscan dialog

After the trainee has watched the videos, the acquired knowledge can be tested by carrying out prepared cases in our training environment. The result will be checked by one of our business consultants and discussed with the trainee.
