This training will explain how to configure the menu for the different users.
Content of this training:
o We will explain how you can customize the menu structures for the different user groups.
o We will also train you in how to give a user full access or read-only access.
o We will give you an overview of the different kind of executables.
o We will train you how to generate a diagnostic file which could be handy when you have to report an issue to our helpdesk.
After the trainee has watched the videos, the acquired knowledge can be tested by carrying out prepared cases in our training environment. The result will be tested by one of our business consultants and discussed with the trainee.
This training is a must for everyone that has to give access to users.
